The Gym

Built for lifting, not for photographs

Ironhaus opened in a warehouse in 2016 with two platforms and a coach who refused to let anyone deadlift with a rounded back. Both of those things have scaled.

Every new member gets a floor induction before they touch a barbell — not a sales call, an hour of technique with a coach who watches you move.

  • Calibrated plates and competition bars on every platform
  • Free technique induction before your first session
  • Chalk allowed, dropping allowed, filming discouraged
  • Programming reviewed every six weeks, included
